Lyam Patrick Corke, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on October 8, 2026, at Children’s Hospital at the age of 11. He was born on August 20, 2015, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Daniel and Michelle (Theobald) Corke.

Lyam leaves behind his loving mother, Michelle Corke; his father, Daniel (Kaitlyn) Corke; his sisters, Amelia Corke and Lily Corke; his special cousin, KJ, who was like a brother to him; his paternal grandparents, “Poppy” David Corke Jr. and “Gramma”; Kelly Corke; his maternal grandmother, "MawMaw" Vickie Theobald; and his aunts and uncles, Benjamin Corke, Mariah Utley, and Keith (Lindsey) Theobald. He is also survived by his beloved First Baptist Church family, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

Lyam was welcomed into Heaven by his maternal grandfather, “PawPaw”; Frank Theobald; his aunts, Linda Hill and Carol Landes; and his paternal great-grandfathers, Clarence “Larry”; Burke and David Corke Sr.

Lyam was a former student of the Farmington R-7 School District and a member of First Baptist Church of Farmington. He was a sweet and affectionate little boy whose joyful spirit and playful personality brought endless smiles to those around him. Lyam loved to sing, swim, play on his tablet, and spend time looking through his favorite books. He especially enjoyed being tickled, acting silly, and jumping, whether on a trampoline or in a bounce house. His love for Moana and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse brought him countless moments of happiness. Above all, Lyam loved giving and receiving affection, sharing his warmth and love with everyone fortunate enough to be part of his life.

Though Lyam’s time on earth was far too short, the love and happiness he brought into the world will last a lifetime. His precious smile, playful spirit, and loving nature will forever remain in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. Lyam’s life was a beautiful reminder that even the smallest moments can leave the biggest impressions.
