Shawn and Kelly (Milligan) Kueker of Perryville announce the birth of their daughter Kelce Ann Kueker.
She was born at 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. Kelce was welcomed home by Macy, 15 and Kinlee, 9.
Maternal grandparents are Clinton and Tammy Milligan of Chester.
Paternal grandparents are Dennis and Sherry Kueker of Perryville.
