Joshua and Chandra Petot-Buell of Cape Girardeau announce the birth of their daughter Ivy Lou Buell. She was born Tuesday December 26, 2023 at SMM St. Mary’s Health.
She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces.
Ivy was welcomed home by Jordan 9, Alexis 6, and James 6.
