Intervention deadline set in Ameren case

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set a deadline for intervention in an application by Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois (ATXI) requesting a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, and otherwise control transmission investments in Perry County.

ATXI is seeking PSC approval for a CCN authorizing the construction, installation, ownership, operation, maintenance, and management of an approximately four-mile, 138 kV transmission line and associated facilities in Perry County.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than May 16, 2025, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc. mo.gov.
