POPLAR BLUFF — The John J. Pershing VA Medical Center will honor two local veterans during a Wall of Valor induction ceremony scheduled for Monday, Feb. 10.

The ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. in the main lobby on the first floor of the medical center, located at 1500 N. Westwood Blvd. The public is invited to attend.

The two honorees are Army veterans, one who served during World War II and another who served during the Vietnam War. Both will be recognized for their valorous service in combat and inducted into the medical center’s electronic Wall of Valor.

The Wall of Valor highlights the service and sacrifices of veterans who received military honors for their actions during wartime. The electronic display is located in a prominent area of the medical center and serves as a lasting tribute to those who served with distinction.
