The St. Vincent High School Elks Student of the Month Award for February has been awarded to Reagan Meyer, daughter of Travis and Sarah Meyer of Perryville.
Meyer is a strong example of both athleticism and Vincentian virtues at St. Vincent. She is a decorated athlete on the school’s cross country and track teams. She also serves as president of the National Honor Society and treasurer of the Student Council.
In addition, Meyer is a member of the marching band, Pep Club, Sodality and Spanish Club. She has also volunteered her time at numerous school and church events.
Her teachers describe her as “a compassionate student who exemplifies all Vincentian virtues. She approaches every task with optimism, works hard and radiates kindness. Reagan is a strong leader on the field and in the classroom.”
Meyer plans to attend Saint Louis University to study nursing.
