The St. Vincent volleyball program had a good year, once again winning the district championship for the third straight year. It only makes sense players should be up for postseason honors.
That is the case.
St. Vincent had three players earn a spot on the Jefferson County Athletic Association small school team. Junior Allison Bierk earned a spot on the first team. She was the team leader in aces (40), serve receptions (458), and Digs (367).
Emersyn Pitts earned a spot on the second team and was the team leader in kills with 275.
Alaina Cates earned a spot as an honorable mention. She was the team leader in total blocks with 51 and had 170 kills.
