Sheriff's Office arrests one in connection with recent burglaries

One individual  has been taken into custody and charged with the recent spate of burglaries in Perry County, while another is being sough, according to the Sheriff's Office.
 
Joseph A. Shelly, 30, of Farmington, has been taken into custody and charged with three counts of felony burglary, one count of felony stealing, two counts of misdemeanor stealing and one count of misdemeanor property damage. 

At this time, Shelly is being held at the Perry County Jail on $25,000 cash bond.
 
The Sheriff's Office is still looking for Shelly's accomplice, 31 year old Justin Bishop, of Bismark.  If anyone knows where to find Bishop, they should contact the Perry County Sheriff's office (547-4576) or their local law enforcement.
