Four St. Vincent seniors who have worn the Indians’ royal blue and gold proudly in classrooms, on courts and on ballfields will step into the spotlight this fall as members of the 2025 Homecoming Court.
Selected by their fellow students, this year’s court includes Queen Callie Schnurbusch, along with maid of honor Clara Clifton, first maid Rylee Robinson and second maid Brie Rubel. Together, they represent not just athletic talent but also the school spirit and sense of community that Homecoming is all about.
SPORTS AND ACADEMICS
All four young women are known for balancing academics with packed athletic schedules.
Brie Rubel, second maid, is a standout in volleyball and basketball. She was one of two St. Vincent basketball players who made school history by earning Class 2 All-State honors last season. A strong student with a 4.0 GPA, Rubel’s drive in the classroom matches her intensity on the court.
Rylee Robinson, first maid, has been a force in both basketball and soccer. She earned First Team All-State honors in Class 2 soccer this spring while helping the Indians finish state runners-up. Robinson’s name is familiar to fans who’ve seen her shine both on the court and on the pitch.
Clara Clifton, maid of honor, brings versatility as a contributor in volleyball and soccer. Known for her consistency and positive attitude, Clifton has helped guide the Indians through tough postseason volleyball runs while being an important contributor to the soccer program.
Queen Callie Schnurbusch rounds out the court with her own two-sport talents. As a defensive specialist in volleyball and an energetic presence on the soccer field, Schnurbusch is praised by coaches for her work ethic and team-first spirit—qualities that made her a natural choice for this year’s crown.
HOMECOMING TRADITION
At St. Vincent, Homecoming is more than just a football game. It’s a celebration of school pride that links current students with alumni and families who return year after year.
The highlight of this year’s festivities falls on Friday, Oct. 17, when the annual Homecoming Parade will step off at 6 p.m., followed by the football game against Grandview at 7:30 p.m.
The 2025 Homecoming Court will be introduced during halftime of the game, continuing a tradition that generations of Indians hold dear.
