FAYETTE — Central Methodist University celebrated its Winter 2025 commencement on Saturday, Dec. 6, in Puckett Fieldhouse on the Fayette campus. Business owner and author Rogers Strickland gave the commencement address as a packed house of family, friends, faculty, staff, and other guests celebrated the graduates.

Students were recognized for earning degrees at the master’s, bachelor’s, and associate’s levels. Among those recognized were Lynnzie Kay McGraw, of Perryville, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Since its founding in 1854, CMU has evolved into a university that confers bachelor’s, master’s, and associate’s degrees through programs on its main campus in Fayette, as well as through extension sites and online.
