The leaves are turning beautiful colors and Thanksgiving is almost here. What a wonderful time to give extra thanks. Thank you so much to all of our Chamber members for your continued support of our sponsored events-Perryville Shop Local, Mayfest, Xquisite Women’s Conference, Business After Hours, Moonlight Madness, Power Hour, Coffee and Connections, ribbon cuttings and Leadership Perryville.
The Chamber investment invoices will be in the mail Wednesday, Dec. 1 for 2022. You will also receive an e-mail with our Sponsorship Packet that will show you great ways to be involved and promote your business.
Do you know a business who is not taking advantage of the Chamber benefits including small business Health Insurance? Invite them to contact me.
The Chamber’s Perryville Shop Local event will be this weekend, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 19 and 20.
For all the details of this fun and supporting event, see the ad in this issue and checkout our Facebook page. Remember to get your registration tickets at the Chamber Friday (9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and Saturday (9 a.m. to noon). You will have 15 chances to win gift certificates. Perryville stores have lots to offer and they will help you get a jump on your holiday shopping! Gather your friends and family for two great days of shopping. Don’t forget about lunch and dinner!
Our last Power Hour of the year will be Tuesday, Dec. 14 at noon. Watch your e-mail or Facebook for details to register. Networking is so important for all our businesses and this is a great way to get your message to people who want to know what you have to offer and want to talk with you about their business.

Business After Hours for Thursday, Dec. 2, will be at Mahalo Stylz, 28 N. Jackson St. We are now reserving dates for 2022 if you want to have a Business After Hours, please call the office to reserve.
As always, we welcome all businesses, new and established to join the Chamber and take advantage of our benefits. Do you have a small business, with two to 50 employees and need health insurance? We can help you with that. Call the office for more information.
We would be happy to host a ribbon cutting for your new business or for a move or remodel, just call the office for details. The board of directors and myself welcome the opportunity to have all local businesses as Chamber members. The Perryville Chamber of Commerce began in 1923 with a dedicated Board of Directors and soon we will be celebrating our 100-year anniversary.
Stop by the office at 2 W. Ste. Marie St., on the Perryville Square, and I would be happy to answer any questions. In observance of Thanksgiving the office will be closed November 25 and 26.
The Chamber board and staff want to wish everyone a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!
