Ruby Mae Eddleman

Ruby Mae. Eddleman, 96, of Perryville passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. Ruby was born on February 1, 1927 in Kaskaskia, IL to Sylvester and Isabel (Johnson) Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 8 siblings; Kirby, Magdalene, Sylvia, Ester, James (Tom), Ruth, Courtney (Mannie) and Norman (Bud).
She married C.C. (Red) Eddleman in September 1945. Together they celebrated their 50th Wedding anniversary on September 22, 1995.
She is survived by her four children: James Eddleman, Linda Hovis, Brenda Pingel and Randy Eddleman. She also has four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. Ruby enjoyed playing Pinochle with friends, was a member of the local women’s bowling team and also enjoyed hours of quilting alongside the amazing women who are part of the Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid Ministry.

Visitation will be at Ford & Young Funeral Home from 4-8 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023 and at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 8-10 am on Friday, February 17, 2023.
Funeral Service will be at 10 am Friday, February 17, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville with Rev. Matthew Marks officiating.
Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid or Missouri National Veterans Memorial.
