Rufus and Kalley Sanford of Perryville announce the birth of their son Rowdy Roy Sanford. He was born at 9:05 p.m on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Jeff Valleroy of Perryville and Tonya Taylor of Chester.
Paternal grandparent is Vickie Sanford of Patton.
