The Perry County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrest does not imply guilt.
Among those arrested were:
Jerry Harold Winkler, 55, Perryville by officers on September 1 on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and no insurance.
Devon Fitzgerald Byrd, 27, Florissant by MSHP on September 1 on charges of driving while revoked and speeding and on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Joshua Murrel Daniel, 28, House Springs by officers on September 2 on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Erica Marie Teague-Daugherty, 38, Gulf Port by MSHP on September 2 on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear for two counts of speeding and Foristell Police Department warrants for failure to appear for speeding.
Robert William Pettyjohn, 39, Farmington by officers on September 3 on a Perry County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Dalton Charles Meyer, 22, homeless by officers on September 3 on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and a Butler County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
Toby Clements Gibbar, 53, Perryville by officers on September 5 on a Perry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Clare Carolyn Johnson, 23, Ste. Genevieve by MSHP on September 5 on a Cape Girardeau Police Department warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage and failure to dim headlights.
